Judi Jorge is a life-long, primarily self taught artist who studied at Montserrat College’s program of continuing education, The Museum School, and with various local artists. Her style is realistic, and she works in acrylic, marker, goache, and graphite.

Her art is the act of capturing light, perspective, and value in a way that evokes memories, movement, and feeling. She invites her viewers to experience the events before and after the captured point in time. Her early influence by Edward Hopper, Norman Rockwell, Maxfield Parrish and Grandma Moses are evident in her illustrative style.

Judi Jorge has illustrated several books, designed greeting cards, and painted custom items for nationally known brands. She has won numerous awards for her work in both graphite and acrylic, but is constantly trying to improve at her craft.

She lives and works in Beverly MA and is crazy about guinea pigs, Patriot's football, and all things Hobbit.
